PAEP is working with its Pennsylvania Council on the Arts partner, Arts in Education Northeast PA, to deliver the newly created InstaARTS program of live online arts classes for students in grades 3–12. This program was conceived in response to the closure of PA schools in mid-March. Students engage in art making activities taught by PA Council on the Arts Directory artists from both the Philadelphia and Scranton areas through a range of art mediums including visual art, poetry, movement, music, and theater. Teaching artists trained in the unique InstaARTS framework deliver lessons through the Zoom platform. The program will begin October 20, 2020. Enroll today!
InstaARTS was supported in part by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, a state agency funded by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency.
