“Fabulous” is how one classroom teacher described PAEP’s recent training! As part of our U.S. Department of Education Model Development Grant, PAEP conducted arts integration professional development for 32 Hazleton Area School District teachers. This latest project in Hazleton, PA is a continuation of Arts Link, an experimental research program, which tests how the arts integrated with grade level mathematics and English language arts curricula enhance both teacher pedagogy and student academic achievement for elementary school students. Other teachers expressed that the training was “full of extremely useful content,” “a positive experience” and “excellent.” Kudos to the Arts Link Team!
